This is a free community event, all activities/games must be offered free of charge. Only approved food vendors will be allowed to charge for goods, no others goods/services are to be sold. Every booth needs to have an activity/game for youth to enjoy. You are welcome to pass out information/materials in addition to your activity/game, should you wish to do so.
